Return Policy
What if I want to return something?
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online.
You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be free of scratches, dirt, scuffs, or horse hair on the underskirt of saddles or pads and in salable condition with ALL original materials and packing. (If an item has been used the refund will be determined by McGraw's Western Store.)
We must charge a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Simply email us at mcgrawswesternstore.com.
All return items must have an RMA number issued by McGraw's Western Store. No returns will be accepted without return authorization. Returns will be accepted when freight is prepaid and our return authorization number is on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned for any reason other than imperfections, will be subject to 20% restocking charge. All items made to customers specifications are not refundable.

• We offer secure ordering which means that your credit card number cannot be intercepted by a third party during the transaction. As a additional security measure all credit card numbers are deleted from our system within 1 month of transaction.
• We do not collect any information about our customers to be sold or lended to a third party.

All saddles have a five to ten year manufacture's
warranty on the saddle tree.
All manufacture warranties will be handled
directly with the manufacturer.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
