Shipping and Sales Tax

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from the manufacturer's warehouse within two to three business days. (More information below, in the FAQ). We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Indiana, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Indiana, US. We do accept international orders please call or e-mail telling us the items you wish to purchase and your ship to address. We will respond with your shipping rates.

When should I expect delivery?

We work with several manufacturers. Products leave the warehouse anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. During heavy shopping seasons it may take a few days longer. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground, UPS Worldwide and Fed Ex Ground shipping times apply, which depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS and Fed Ex at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

What about overnight delivery?

Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place.
